Puerto Rico 1-Day

Puerto Rican Oriole (endemic) Visiting Puerto Rico by Cruise Ship? Or maybe you just have one day to escape from your non-birding family? We can get you to see many species of birds in a short period of time!

Although it is not possible to see all the endemics in one day, we can find you quite a few. Let us know your schedule and will will work up the plan that best fits your time and desires!

    $250 base cost for 1 to 3 people.

    $25 for each additional person.

    • 1-Day Birding trips

    Join our local guide for a day of birding, looking for Puerto Rico's endemic species. One-day is not enough time to get them all, but we have seen as many as 11 endemics (though 8-9 is typical) on a day trip from a cruise ship!

     

    The places we visit will depend upon how much time you have to bird. Cruise ships will often need you back early, or let you off late in the morning, which will limit our options, however, we will make sure to give you the best possible opportunities!

    To maximize birding time, we do highly recommend that you arrive the evening before the tour begins as this will allow additional birding time. Please contact us for recommendations of where to stay for easy pick-up in the morning.
