Rudy Crawford

Rudy Crawford has been following in the footsteps his older brother, Wildside leader, Glenn Crawford, since he was about 9 years old. Glenn’s passion for birds, as well as his birding skills, have certainly rubbed off on Rudy and now, 30 years later he has joined the Wildside Family!

While studying ecology and conservation, Rudy worked on many projects with the Belize Zoo and the Belize Audubon Society. He has also been a full-time birding and nature guide for Birdseye View Lodge for many years… requested by many of their regulars.

Rudy’s eyes and ears are impressive, while his gentle and kind demeanor, unending patience and authentic enthusiasm for birds help him make every trip memorable for his participants!
